Please check your package carefully when you receive it. We strongly recommend recording a continuous 360° unboxing video from the moment the package is unopened until the product has been completely unpacked.
The video should clearly show:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the 360° unboxing video along with your order details.
The video may be required to verify the issue and process an eligible return or refund.
